RETURNS & EXCHANGES

 

 

  • Returns accepted within 7 days of shipping confirmation email
  • Store credit will be issued within 14 days of shipping confirmation email
  • To be eligible for return your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags and in its original packaging. You also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
  • Drop off or mail your items to 8 Horton Dr. Monsey NY 10952. You can also email info@pinksandbluesbaby.com to request a shipping label. A $7.95 return shipping fee will be deducted. 
  • No returns on sale items or items purchased with store credit.
  • We do not offer exchanges. Please return your item and place a new order.
  • Damages & issues- Please inspect your item upon receiving your order and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or sent incorrectly.
